Dr. Samir Abbas completed his secondary education at Al-Shatea School in Jeddah, then earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Al-Azhar University in Egypt. His pursuit did not stop there; he decided to achieve a British fellowship and a doctoral degree as well.

Dr. Samir Abbas established a hospital and several women's health centers, pioneering the introduction of IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) screening at the Arab and Islamic levels. He also performed the first successful IVF procedure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, resulting in the birth of a healthy child. His achievements extend beyond women's health centers, as he contributed to the establishment of centers supporting various medical fields.
